Questions
Can beginners join?
You can, but 1–2 Foundations classes first will make Flow far more enjoyable.
How hard is it?
Moderate. Your instructor offers lighter and stronger options for every series.
Pilates is exercise, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor before starting and always tell your instructor before class.
