Questions
Will I bulk up?
This class uses light-to-moderate resistance. Everyone's body responds differently — our focus is feeling stronger and more in control.
Pilates is exercise, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor before starting and always tell your instructor before class.
