Questions
I've never done Pilates. Is this OK?
Yes — this class is designed for complete beginners. Your instructor walks you through every step.
How early should I arrive?
Come 15 minutes early on your first visit to check in and get set up on your reformer.
Pilates is exercise, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or unsure about your health, check with your doctor before starting and always tell your instructor before class.
